My Why:

Random Facts:
  • I am a cyclist who doesn’t drink coffee & a Pommie who doesn’t drink tea.
  • I am a MOO......AKA. Mother of an Olympian.
  • I arrived in Australia in 1988 on a one year working holiday visa & never left, Shhhh!
  • I ride a Ducati Scrambler and according to my hubby, only slightly faster than I ride my push bike.
  • I am a grandmother of three.
Favourite Climb....or in my case, descent: Death Road, La Paz. Bolivia
Longest Ride: 501km...it was an18hrs 38mins slog fest down to the Gold Coast and up towards the Sunny Coast.
Greatest cycling achievement: Riding 500km every week for 58weeks in 2020/21. Raising money for Brain Cancer research.
